JANUARY 2021

Greetings Alumni ,

Wishing everyone a compassionate and healing 2021 , after the turbulence of 2020.

On January 6, 2021 we witnessed an insurrection in our nations Capitol building. Five people were killed. This insurrection was incited by the outgoing President.  The hateful rage filled mob of white supremacy factions stormed the Capitol. This has lead to the second impeachment of the outgoing President. Unanswered questions have arisen, as to why this mob wasn’t met with the same police and military militia that peaceful protesters of BLM were met with last year ?

January 18, 2021 was Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. It Appears we still have a lot to overcome in America.

January 20, 2021 was the Inaugural day of  President Joseph Biden and VP Kamala Harris.
What a monumental day, Kamala is our first Black female VP. Congratulations and  we pray for their success and safety.

Our students are scheduled to return to in person classes on March 1, 2021. We wish them the best.

Thank you for the receipt of your membership renewals. They are greatly appreciated.

Our prayers go out to those suffering from COVID 19. Please wear your masks and continue social distancing. Vaccines are being made available by specified groups in our community.

Wishing everyone Wolverine Spirit in 2021!

God’s Love and Peace ,
